Enter the OVC Young Adventurers Competition and stand a chance to win a free 8 day Contiki Tour in the USA with a Cash Passport of R3000 or a Free return flight to Mauritius.

ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is to any person resident in the Westen Cape province, South Africa who are 18 – 35 years of age (inclusive) at the time of entry. Employees of OVC or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

TO ENTER:
Submit an online application on www.ovc.co.za and submit your name, residential suburb, email address. Entries will not be returned. No purchase entry. Incomplete, damaged, defaced or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of OVC. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of OVC’s Terms and Conditions. OVC reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

TIMING:
This competition runs from 12.00:01am GMT+2 on 16 November 2010. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm GMT+2 on 28 February 2011. Completed entries must reach OVC no later than the closing date.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winners will be determined by a draw which will take place by March 2011. The winner will be notified by email by 31 March 2011. The winner will be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.

PRIZES:
The first prize is a Contiki USA 08 day Western Highlights Tour – www.contiki.com/western for one person with R3000.00 spending money on a Cash Passport card from Travelex. Second prize will be a return Air Mauritius air ticket for one person (excluding airport taxes). Prize details will be sent by 31 March 2011. No cash or other alternatives available and all prizes are non transferable.

PRIZE RULES:·
CONTIKI USA 08 DAY WESTERN HIGHLIGHTS TOUR (for one person):
Please note this prize is subject to availability at the time of booking.
All brochure terms & conditions apply.
Valid for travel until 30 September 2011.
The validity of this prize cannot be extended.
Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Person travelling must be between the ages of 18 – 35 years of age.
Winner must hold a valid passport. Contiki Holidays and OVC are not responsible for obtaining a visa.
All items not included in the tour inclusions are for the winners own account.

TRAVELEX CASH PASSPORT CARD VALUE R3000.00:
Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prize winner must present a valid passport, utility bill and air ticket.
Can only be used in-conjunction with Contiki USA 08 day Western highlight tour

AIR MAURITIUS AIRTICKET:
The free ticket will be valid for travel outside peak periods as defined by Air Mauritius Ltd and is subject to the company’s travel regulations and to availability at all times.
The prize is one ticket only for one passenger only
The expiry date will be the 01 October 2011.
The ticket is not transferable and cannot be traded for cash.
All taxes and relevant surcharges remain the responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner must hold a valid passport. Air Mauritius and OVC are not responsible for obtaining a visa.
An original prize winner letter should be submitted when claiming the prize, together with a copy of the passenger’s passport.

WINNERS LIST:
All winners consent to their full names being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, OVC’s decision shall be final.
