Eligibility
This program is open to anyone with a South African Passport, Preferably ages 21 and over, You  MUST have official farming knowledge or experience as well as experience use farming equipment.

After your I-94/Visa has expired you are required to return home unless you can secure another H2A position.  If you can we can extend your stay of status for up to 3 years. You must know that if you desert the job your visa will be revoked and you will be required to return home immediately.  Also, you are only eligible to work for the employer listed on your visa.

Wages, Are dependant from the Job offer

H2B applications have to pay for their OWN Airtickets and OWN accommodation in the USA.

Travel for H2A visa applications ONLY
Employer will pay workers inbound travel expenses upon completion of 50% of job contract and will pay outbound travel expenses upon completion of 100% of job contract.  Travel to and from worksite will be provided by employer free of charge to the worker.   H2B visa applicants will need to be responsible for their OWN airline ticket to America and back.

Three-Quarters Guarantee
All placed workers are guaranteed at least ¾’s of the job offer.  Workers must understand that agricultural jobs are extremely versatile.  Normally hours greatly exceed 40 hours per week.  However, agriculture is a unique industry in that it is contingent upon uncontrollable factors, such as weather patterns.  Therefore, the ¾’s guarantee is set in place to protect the worker in the event that such circumstances impair the season’s expectations
